Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Messages by Phyllis.

Our goal is to provide a fair and reasonable cancellation policy that respects both the client and Messages by Phyllis' time and energy. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation Period

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies may occur. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation without imposing any fees.

Payment of Fees

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise arranged.

Rescheduling

Clients are allowed one rescheduling opportunity without incurring a cancellation fee, provided they give at least 24 hours notice.

Refunds

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Messages by Phyllis.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, the session will end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply.

Communication

Please communicate any scheduling conflicts or issues as soon as they arise. Open communication allows us to better serve you and may be taken into consideration when assessing cancellation fees.
